By posting or listing information or material on this site or by creating a listing you warrant and certify that you are the owner of the vehicle or the lessee of the vehicle you are posting or that you are making your submission/listing with the full explicit consent of the owner or lessee or business enterprise you represent and that you have the full authority to do so. You further agree that the information you post is accurate, truthful and complete.

SELLER LISTING UPDATES

You agree to update and keep current your listing. If a lease transfer is in process, you agree to update immediately your listing to reflect this status. If your lease has been transferred or your vehicle has been sold, you agree to update immediately your listing to reflect this status. If your lease term has expired or you are no longer the lessee of the vehicle or you no longer own the vehicle, you agree to remove your listing from this site immediately.

LeasedWheels.com reserves the right to delete, modify, edit or update any listing without compensation to the lessee or owner. You also agree to allow LeasedWheels.com to use, reproduce or adapt your listing for promotion or to use it commercially without compensation.

The lessee is aware that the approval of the financial institution, listed on your lease contract as the lessor, is required for all lease transfers and terminations. You are aware that the potential buyer must obtain the approval of your financial institution (lessor) for the transfer of a lease and that this approval is not guaranteed. These financial institutions charge fees for transferring a lease. These fees are solely your responsibility and do not involve LeasedWheels.com whatsoever.

LeasedWheels.com advises contacting your local Department or Bureau of Motor Vehicles for questions and information relating to any applicable lease transfer taxes or taxes related to the sale of a vehicle.

The lessee is aware that some financial institutions will not remove you the lessee from the lease but rather add a third party to your original lease without removing you the original lessee; meaning that the original lessee remains liable for any default of payment, vehicle damage, as well as any excess mileage charges etc. It is your responsibility to ensure with your leasing company/financial institution whether these conditions apply to you.

LeasedWheels.com will not refund a listing fee whatsoever. It is your responsibility to ensure with your leasing company/financial institution that you are permitted to transfer your lease.

All listing information for the vehicles posted on this site are provided by the individual lease holder, or owner, or business who owns the vehicle and have not been independently verified by LeasedWheels.com. LeasedWheels.com does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any listing; this is your responsibility.

It is your responsibility to confirm with the vendor any and all information they have posted and to obtain the most up to date information pertaining to the vehicle including, but not limited to monthly lease payments, taxes, vendor terms, excess mileage fees, residual value, actual vehicle mileage, wear and tear etc. LeasedWheels.com does not inspect any vehicle nor does LeasedWheels.com guarantee or warrant the existence, ownership, condition or performance of any vehicle. You hereby agree to pay LeasedWheels.com by means of credit card, the current posted listings rate to list your vehicle OR current posted contact information rate to obtain vehicle contact information.
